State and national governments are working on war footing to find solutions for complex problems such as sustainability, health, quality of life, sanitation, poverty, etc. Focused scientific and technological interventions help policymakers to address these problems more effectively. Thus, Science Policy is a bridge that connects the government and the public. The Science Policy is concerned with the identification of priority areas considering local needs, allocation of resources for the conduct of science towards achieving these goals, and efficient administration for making sure that the fruits of these efforts reach the needy strata of the society.

The session will include diverse topics including the funding of science, the careers of scientists, the identification of bottlenecks in creating a professional Scientific System, exploration of alternative administrative models, and the translation of scientific discoveries into technological innovation to promote a commercial product development, competitiveness, economic growth, and economic development, ensuring a developed Madhya Pradesh and Self-reliant India.
